HSM Summer Climb Night

June 19 we are meeting at Scrapyard Climbing Collective in Holland for a rock climbing night! This event is from 6-8pm, and we will cover the cost of shoe rentals and climbing time. Transportation is not included -- we will all meet at Scrapyard Climbing Collective, located at 76 S. River Ave, Holland, MI 49423.

Please make sure both of these waivers are signed before we arrive to climb; if your student does not have a waiver on file, they will NOT be allowed to climb with us!

HSM Scrapyard Climbing Collective Trip Participation Form: I hereby give consent for my student to attend Harvest High School Scrapyard Trip 2026 held June 19, 2026. In the event that he or she is injured while under the care of Harvest Spring Lake/Grand Haven, Scrapyard Climbing Collective and its representatives and requires the attention of a doctor, I hereby consent to and will be responsible for any medical treatment as deemed necessary by a licensed physician. I further agree to hold the licensed physician, the medical facility, Harvest Spring Lake/Grand Haven, Scrapyard Climbing Collective and its representatives free and harmless of any claims, demands, or suits for damages arising from the authorization and provision of such medical treatment. I understand the nature of the events and do hereby release the Harvest Spring Lake/Grand Haven,Scrapyard Climbing Collective and its’ representatives from any liability due to accident or injury incurred by my child. All students and family members attending Harvest student events hosted by Harvest Spring Lake/Grand Haven give consent that any images or likenesses of students or family members may be used for promotional purposes for Harvest Spring Lake or its ministries.
